I sort of agree
My daughter is 16 and says she has no desire to go to the concert.
However, since we live in Nola and TS is doing 3 shows, my wife and I both signed up for tix bc we know she’s going to change her mind.

I’d pay that to see Ian Curtis come back from the dead to sing with Joy Division, or Bob Stinson to come back with The Replacements, Taylor Swift? I wouldn’t pay a penny to see her, but to each their own.

My non-scientific analysis is that somewhere around 5% of people got a code, the others were waitlisted. I've seen a few informal polls and they've all been in that range.

Wasn't that the concert that Pearl Jame tried to fire ticketmaster for jacked up fees then basically charged the same prices as ticketmaster did?

Daughter and friends waitlisted. I haven’t seen much of anyone who got a code except for scalpers. Meaning people who knew people who signed up in hopes to get a code with the purpose to resell. While fans lost out. Various forums, Reddit, etc.
