I saw tickets 50ish rows behind me on VividSeats for $1700 each

I love my kid, ALOT, but there are limits.

My dad didnt take me to alot things like that (on that scale) as a kid so it's going to be tough to comp. I guess it would be like if my dad took me and two friends to the 1990 Super Bowl (49'ers vs Broncos) preceded by a nice lunch, maybe a round of golf, etc.

No shame in being a loving father wanting to create special bonds and lasting memories with my daughter as she ages.

I remember my first concert was MC Hammer in Baton Rouge back in the early 90's...we took my dads suburban and didnt even have drivers licenses yet

My wife just paid $3200 for 4 tix. That’s how much I paid per ticket to go to the LSU NC game

I definitely sure as hell don’t need to see TS that bad

They’re 4 rows up from the floor above the VIP tent. For those here obviously in the know think I could get over $1k if tried to sell a single ticket?

You could probably draw a picture of the ticket and sell it for $1k

Actually you’re right, a waitlist in this case is just a nice way of saying no

We got politely told no then as well. Lol Anyone wanna snag 2 in the $105 price range for me? I'll buy them at a high markup price of $106. If not, my wife will have to wait for the eras tour to be on Netflix TV plus package

son of a bitch I obviously can’t do it but I’d love to just list the tickets on vivid seats in the middle of the night but I’d probably end up divorced

I see tickets 30 rows above mine on vivid seats listed for $2800/ea. that’s fricking insane

Eta and that’s the cheapest one on there in our section?!! Wtf

As soon as I got in the queue

It won't even let you access the waiting room if you're not logged into an account that got a code and then you can't get into the queue without the code.

30 minutes ahead of time but there is really no advantage to being in 30 minutes vs 10 minutes as I understand it. The algorithm isnt supposed to reward getting into the waiting room early, it's just supposed to make sure people can access it, can log in, etc.

Not sure if the strategies and tips I read had anything to do with my success and how long in the queue I was but it's by far the best spot I've ever gotten.

Got in. Just refresh your browser and you can enter code to go into waiting room GLTA

ETA I didn't have to type the code. It must have recognized that my email/login was assiciated with a code.
