You sure about StG? I can’t look at the map right now but didn’t BR annex some properties on Reiger?

BR annexed The Advocate, but the motels are within the St. G city limits according to their online map.

I assume that is a different sort of Birch Street than what we encountered in Denmark last Christmas?

Not the way it is being described. Sounds like collateral damage. But you could be right.

You were right. Kid picked up a gun and bullet hit his head.

Unimaginable in my home. People and guns were a terrible idea way back when.

This has to be spillover from Bawell/Balis area. Guarantee it is over drugs. Still...too close to the average Baton Rouge do-right and peaceful citizen.

Police investigating reported shooting on College Drive near I-10
By WBRZ Staff
BATON ROUGE - Authorities are on the scene of a possible shooting on College Drive Thursday evening.

The shooting was reported around 6 p.m. on College Drive, just south of I-10. Authorities say one person was taken to the hospital.

The Baton Rouge Police Department confirmed it is investigating the incident.

This is a developing story.

They never finished developing where the old fox and hound used to be. Shopping center had looked like an eyesore for a while now.

OP has been updated to include two new fatal shootings and three non-fatal shootings.

This does not include the drive-by shooting on Hammond Manor as it is outside of both the Baton Rouge and St. George city limits, nor does it include a man shooting into a room with his girlfriend and children because he did not hit anyone, although it did occur within the city limits.

Wouldn't this technically be a non-fatal shooting?

If y'all want to count it as such that is fine with me. I didn't add it because all shootings so far have had victims that were hit by gunfire.
