Its probably more predicated on what they see before the stop, and the history of the person they're stopping.
A person with a record of drug abuse or DUI's AND showing signs of influence while operating a motor vehicle is completely screwed 9/10 times. Frankly, I get why too, its not worth someone dying over to keep them on the road even if its questionable.

I think being an attorney would get old fast. I imagine it's pretty common for career changes in that field of work. Also good for her resume if she is hoping to get on with the feds.
