The cops are aware of his previous history and that definitely plays a role in their decision making. As it should.
But yeah, had this guy not jumped back in the car, he never gives the cops the option of shooting him.

Got a copyright strike on YouTube (his first actual strike) and they banned him for 90 days.
He's a partner of and helped launch a new website called Stringerslive.com. They have live feeds from stringers across the country. Free, too.

He's still doing stuff on Twitch and D-Live, but not chases right now. He does a Friday and Saturday show for StringersLive.
