They completely reject lawful society and education.
I propose the City of Baton Rouge purchase Cortana Mall. Convert it into a career center that includes a satellite NFL combine, a public recording studio, indoor basketball clinic, tax preparation school and theological seminary. Build it to train young men and women in the only honorable ways to escape the clutches of the White man's ghetto.
Put it before the voters. It would pass by a 3:1 margin. BRLA is that stupid and that far gone.
