O-T Mattress recommendations

:nb4urmoms:
Ours got trashed by Ida. We need a replacement. We have 2 of those twin adjustable platform things together on a king frame, so ideally two twin mattresses that sleep cool and are compatible with that would be great.
Any mattresses the OT would recommend? Maybe some Black Friday events to look at? Have always liked the Tempurpedic but those are like $4k for a twin

We got the Zinus 12” green tea for us and 6” for the kids. No one has complained. Unbox any memory foam mattress immediately.
ETA: Amazon link
…and when I looked up the link they have almost 120K reviews.

Got a Nectar about a month ago & love it so far

I've had a Tuft and Needle now for 6 years. Really like it, would buy again, but it's not showing any wear. Firmer than I expected, and that's a good thing.

I bought a Dr. Greene from Mattress Firm last month and this is the best month of sleep I have ever experienced.

TEMPUR-breeze with the TEMPUR-Ergo smart base. Pricey but worth every penny.

SleepEZUSA makes a great latex mattress if you like the feel of latex. I have the king that is split, but we wasted money with the split (wound up using the same layers). Toss some linen sheets on there, and you’ll have one of the coolest sleeps you could have imagined.

We have the same setup. Got a Saatva 3 years ago. My side is a luxury firmness (5-7) for side sleeping. Her side is the firm (7-9) for back/stomach sleepers. Love it. Comes as two mattresses you connect

Damn it, all these responses make me want to go get a new mattress. Mine is old and not in the best shape anymore... frick this, I'm getting off the internet for the day.

Does My Pillow make a mattress? I'd buy one if they did.

Original purple for me and the wife (no pics ya dirty old bastards) and 2 nectar mattresses for the kids. I love the purple and the nectar feels comfortable the few times I've laid on them.

Tempurpedic cool breeze deluxe, no twin box spring. Base is adjustable with massaging capabilities. Cost is definitely high $5500++. But when you realize you literally spend 1/3 of your life sleeping it’s a pretty good value.
