O-T detectives, let's catch a Catalytic Converter thief.

About a month or so ago my buddy saw a guy on a bicycle across the street acting suspiciously. My friend took photos and a video of the guy and he had a cordless Milwaukee Sawzall and two sawed off catalytic converters.
I got the pics from my friend and intended to put them up here back then but since I don't know how to post pics from my phone I never got around to it.
Last night a thief (might be the same guy, might not) cut out the cats from a Tundra parked across the street.
I feel guilty that I have had these photos and done nothing with them.
Help me put these photos up and then let's work to identify the thief.

Go to imgur and create a new post, upload your photos, and copy the BBcode

How in the frick can someone use a sawzall out in public and no one hear what the frick is going on. Does it have a silencer on it, wtf?

The cat thieves have this down to a science, sure it makes noise, they pick the target and are gone in under a minute worth of noise... and so is your cat.

Your photos wouldn't have prevented much.
