Nope. Incarceration has been found to have a moderate effect (which ended about 15 years ago.) And in states (like NY) that have released the most prisoners and had a trend of "de-carceration", the crime rates have plummeted even faster.

No, but theyre also not supposed to bum rush him.
They should have thought about the evidence at hand, because obviously it didnt add up to the right guy. Why they believed that person without question is odd.
