That whole story looks like it would be fake as hell. Carlos Garcia and Detective John Williams both sound like generic, fake names. As you asked, why is there a dead body on the subway that he had time to screw? And why is the "robbery squad" investigating the crime? Did he take the corpse home, thus making it a robbery?
So many questions.

Oh I know. It's just the details I mentioned sound like someone made them up with hardly any effort put into creating the story.
