You would think the police state that is NY NY had a cameras like London. Prob a guy with a ghost gun which makes is worse than a stolen or legally purchased gun!

The Uber thing is automated based on the number of requests in an area and the number of drivers available. Plus those drivers are putting themselves in danger. People love to be outraged though
