That will be considered by the task force,” Mr. de Blasio said during an unrelated press conference in the Rockaways. “Now, that’s a big endeavor and like every option, the option comes with pros and cons. So we’re going to argue about what those pros and cons would be.”

why don't they just have the police issue tickets or arrest them?
ETA: I don't mind the view but I'm sure tourists with young kids are upset about that. Ditto for the homeless - apparently De Blasio is a horrible mayor thusfar.

They were doing this all over vegas when I was there last summer. Although these two NY gals are much better looking and have better assets.

New York, A great family vacation spot. Take your family down to Times Square where you, your wife, & your kids son can watch naked ladies panhandle for singles all while enjoying the sights of homeless people pissing & shitting mere steps away. Think I know where the Vader's are going next summer!
