Your guess would be 100% incorrect due to the extremely Orthodox Hasidic communities.

They have been far and away the most resistant group in their outright refusal to limit large religious gatherings (funerals, religious services).


Many have made the Louisiana preacher look like a dilettante in their refusal to change a thing about any religious function.


I drive down to my shop every couple of days through a large Hasidic neighborhood and NYPD being there to break up some event with people pouring out of a building in huge numbers has been a very common sight.

What they should really do is give these miscreant lawbreakers a piece of flair that they have to wear to identify them as group gatherers and make it easier for other people to avoid them.
