Race baiters will find Generation X is not very willing to buy into that shite. Baby Boomers lived the Civil Rights / segregation movement and probably have that sense of guilt instilled in them. It is just history for Gen X. We don't care what happened to your grandfather and it isn't an excuse for being an idiot.

This is a classic example of the External Locus of Control vs Internal Locus of Control. It's the difference between Arrogance and humility, personal responsibility vs projecting blame entitlement vs humility. It's essentially failure vs. success. If you have a handy external excuse handy for all your failures (because you will have many) you are FAILING at life.
