If his neck wasn’t already broken, it probably was after she bounced him around getting him on the cart.

I'm more concerned with the fat dude at the head of the stretcher who is literally pushing against the guy's head/spine with his gut (overlapped onto the stretcher).

You mean like the man at the head of the stretcher whose gut was so big that he was physically pushing on the guy's head? (despite his neck being in a brace to stabilize)

When and why did EMT's become so fat?

It's been this way for at least the last 25+ years.
Was in the ER bout 10 years ago and every single EMT
going through there was obese and not just 20 to 30lbs overweight.

Have you not been in public recently? This is American society as a whole. Not just in the south, but across the country.

I get it but EMT's are in a league all by themselves and yes, there are overweight Firemen,Police and other public safety workers but none can touch EMT's when it comes to obesity.

Weird time in history, for the first time ever, low income people are the fattest and the richest people are the skinniest.

Reminds me of that fat short SS agent when Trump got shot.

Useless.

Don’t you just love removing standards that were barriers to the less fortunate. Man life is going to be so shite in the coming years.
