At one time I did, and I still do on a personal level, but the number of grown-assed people and "kids" I know with that shite on their phones says otherwise. Still weird, to me, but apparently it isn't so out of the ordinary nowadays.

The government and google can track everything about you, but it’s weird to be connected/safe with close family?

Does anyone else think it’s weird that her mom had life360 on her? Maybe the family is really dysfunctional and overbearing and that’s why she felt the need to hide out. Not excusing her behavior but shite like this doesn’t occur in a vacuum.

Not helping the stereotypes that nurses and psych majors are crazy.

Not at all. All my family is connected. We don't all live in the same state and I have epilepsy. It offers crash detection alerts as well, so it's a great safety feature.

If that is true; there is not a huge stretch since mommy is a realtor that she may have a hand in this hoax.

I thought it was weird at first. But I think it’s probably not that uncommon for entire families to share their locations using Life360 (or similar apps).
When I hear “Life360” my mind jumps to parents tracking their kids. But I guess there are a lot of adults that use it to track each other’s locations in case of emergency.
It’s not something I would want (especially at 25 years old) but I can appreciate that plenty of families do it.

I wonder if her parents have returned to work.

No idea but it would be probably no . Someone has to be home to protect their 26 YO child.
They are partially to blame for this fiasco. They never let her fail and have to pull herself up and start over.

Most of what's in this article has been reported here. However, I don't recall seeing the quote below.

Families using Find My isn’t that uncommon. Find My and Life360 can be turned off, so it’s usually voluntary. Parents of teenagers have little more say to force its use or kids can buy their own phone and car and so on.
I guess it would depend on package being used, but Life360 can be more intrusive with more notifications and historical data available on trips, routes, speeds, and so on. It seems better for having family members helping with a parent or family member with dementia issues starting to show.
Life360 has been thought to have some privacy issues as far as what the company shares or sells to others. It also bought Tile which has begun partnering Amazon to use Amazon Sidewalk network with new tracking Tile products (one actually promoted for pets where as apple doesn’t promote using AirTags with pets but people do).

Are they all coddling her because it is a female?
Jussie did the same type of hoax and he got hauled off to jail and had a fine as well; didn't he?

The Jussie shite also didn't happen overnight. It took a while for any charges to be filed.

Fair enough; so we wait it out...

In the article I posted, her attorney said one of the goals was "to get to the end game". Sounded anxious to put this one to bed as quickly as possible, but it's not his call, of course.

I'm sure you can look up the mom's listings as she is a realtor

Nah... The father works at a bank. I would think this would be a pretty big distraction there right now.

He said he is there and it's "900 degrees" outside.
Wonder if there's any media at the family home waiting on her or at her attorney's office.
