I just watched the video. If you watch it closely, you can see the glass break at the convenience store across the intersection, that's where that poor baby went through the window after being ejected. Christ.

Sad for the family and even sadder that the sentence was only 7 years. Intent has everything to do with this or not in determining those sentences.

Damn that’s a crazy video. After seeing a car plow through and hit another car and a huge fireball some of them just kind of work their way around it and continue on like business as usual and keep going.
