50 bucks either...
It costs less than $50 to change your own oil. And you get 3 years or 36k miles worth of oil changes under warranty. Even if you went to the dealer, you can get the value service for under $100. If you can afford the M line, you can afford that. Oil changes only every 10k miles.

German cars are great for a lease.
To actually own one? Nah.
Well that’s just insane.

At 668hp and 650 lb ft of torque, that thing will kill most of the muscle cars out there.
And a manual transmission?
Yes, please.
Jay made a good point about manual being a good theft deterrent these days.

Yeah a 6 speed manual. It sounds really good too. Not too raspy, but a more deep exhaust sound.

Then I'll take mine AND yours

Probably the longest video I’ve watched online. Excellent and thanks for posting.
Agreed. Despite his access to literally an enormous range of vehicles, Leno still speaks in a way that sounds like a regular car guy who is fascinated by the minutiae of whatever he’s driving.
Very enjoyable to see someone that excited about what he’s doing, while simultaneously managing to remain “normal” about it.
Also, that exhaust note alone is worth an extended play.

They start at about $84k, and as driven I’d guess around $110k.
At one point Leno says it has $250k car features in a $100k car.

Out of reach for me. But this will be a collector car one day.
The last generation of gas powered performance Cadillacs. And since everyone wants an SUV, it will be relatively rare.

Funny when Leno says the 6-speed is the best anti-theft device ever made. Thieves run away from it.

I’d still rather an E63 AMG Wagon

This family car came with a 455, got 8 mpg and didn't cost $85,000 to purchase.
That bad rig could jump canal bridges on the east bank back in the day.
(Don’t ask how I know—but I know.)

No doubt. I haven't driven a stick in about 5 years or so. That car was a 5 speed with Reverse down and to the right. If you wanted reverse you just shifted down into it.
I'm in Croatia last month and get a 6 speed Skoda. Reverse is up and to the left.
I drove about two hours without knowing how to get into reverse! Eventually had to YouTube it because this would eventually be a disaster and find out you push down vertically on the stick to open up the left upward gear. Crisis averted.

The CT5-V Blackwing is Cadillac's farewell letter to the internal combustion engine. No new Cadillacs will be powered by gas or diesel. What you see now is the final generation of ICE Cadillacs.

You can still buy a 5.0 Mustang. And FWIW, I’ve heard the Mach E is quite good.

I was in the UK or Ireland once and the the rental company was trying to give me a manual transmission vehicle.
I stood my ground on what I had reserved.
I eventually was upgraded at no additional cost because they suddenly "found" an automatic for me.

That bad rig could also drive 9 miles in reverse down a rural highway after midnight after all the forward gears (D, 2, 1) went out.
