Hold up, if this dude and his wife were already there and sitting/waiting, there’s nothing wrong with him holding her seat while she’s in the bathroom. Now we can argue all day long about if he should’ve sacrificed his seat for the mom (I would have), but there is nothing wrong with him holding his wife’s seat. Zero.

Let your wife take your seat and let the eldery lady take hers. Sorry your balls didn't drop far enough.

This thread just makes you look like a bitch, generations notwithstanding

Do I need to be there to know it's common courtesy to offer my seat to an elderly woman? Is that what you're asking me? How to be a gentleman?
He's being a gentleman for his wife by saving her seat. When she gets back and she wants to give it up then whatever but he'd probably chose not hearing her mouth over this random dude.

Did you mention to him that yall were family at Olive Garden?

You guys will blame a millennial for anything nowadays.
This thread is humiliating and you should feel ashamed.

Most of this board it seems doesn't understand this, I would have jumped up when she walked in. I guess I was just raised in a different era and now it's ok to be a inconsiderat bitch.
Most of these people don't have any home training. My grandmother would have beat the brakes off me if I sat down while she stood. I learned early that if I didn't hold the door for her she would stop and wait for me to come hold the door. It's basic manners, which most people lack, particularly younger generations.

You tell your mom to sit down in that spot. You tell the dude he's gonna catch your hands if he resists.

Motherfricker, I literally said I would give up my seat for your mom. Instead of trying to sound cool and coming off like a stupid bitch, actually read what I said and try to have a conversation like a grownup.
I bet you would be bitching about the same thing if you were trying to sit at the bar and someone was holding a seat there for someone in the bathroom.

99% of the “millennials” on this board would do the same

No, the gentlemanly thing to do would be to give his own seat to an elderly woman. He was rude not to let the woman sit and rude not to offer his own.

If you go to Olive Garden to eat those are the type of people you should expect to see there.

Link me your travel reviews on the the travel board, we can compare reviews and see who is poor.
After numerous of these types of posts from you in this thread, the Millenial kid is sounding much less douchey.

Oh I have been a member for far longer than that, just got banned on the previous member name for something you can't comeback from.

It's second nature to me, I just don't get why it's not anymore, where is human decency?
