Repossession up to the cost of the car and if not enough, 1 day in jail per $50 in damage
Also only rice and water diet during jail time.

There were NO child restraint seats when we were children. Course, there was no texting and driving either. Hell, there were no cell phones.

In a lot of cases, the State will assign the violator a "pseudo" licence number that is in the State system along with all of their violations.

Jail time or a fine sounds appropriate.
No fine. If they dont have a drivers license, chances are they dont have a job. Jail time is a joke. Most would be comfortable doing the time. And when they get out, they still cant get a job or get a license.

My mother perfected the old "throw your arm in front of the unrestrained child in the front seat during sudden stops" maneuver.

I applaud these freedom loving individuals. Big government has no business telling us who can and can't drive.

Call your agent and make sure you have UM coverage.

Hah, saw an illegal immigrant in chicsgo go to the movies theater and ask for a ticket to a rated R movie. They said show license. And he threw a tantrum about how he didn't have it on him and left in a bustle
