Could have something to do with alcohol sales now existing. At least most drunks would be mellowing out once in the stadium. Now they can keep their trashiness going throughout the game.
It was the admission standards during the Jon Bel Edwards years.

Not a popular opinion, but I agree completely. I do my drinking at the tailgate and drink water through the game. Once the game is over, I am fine to drive home.

No Idea. But I'm speaking in general about that anyway.

Leftist Bolsheviks have pretty much ruined everything that I once loved about this country.

There have been fights in Tiger Stadium as long as there's been a Tiger Stadium. Why is it this time it's so trashy?
Oh, that's (D)ifferent.

No shite sherlock.
You think this is just like every other fight you've ever seen or heard of in Tiger Stadium?
Then go ahead and link me to a fight WITH a Security Guard and WITH a Sheriff's Deputy...
I'll be patiently waiting...

In fall of 2019 LSU’s total enrollment was 76.2% in state. That number was down to 67.1% by the fall 2024.
Blacks went from 12.9% in fall of 2019 of total enrollment to 19.1% in fall of 2024, and the increase in number of black students is in the same area as the increase in the number of out of state students.
Also, the % of blacks in fall freshman enrollment keeps increasing past several years (up to 26.8% for fall 2024 freshman), but the % of all freshman being from Louisiana dropped to 59.6% in the fall of 2024 freshman class.
The % of Pell grant eligible freshman enrollees had been going up, but I haven’t seen it mentioned in past couple of releases on freshman classes which could be good or very bad.
Are these changes just coincidental or is LSU focusing its student recruiting (and maybe scholarships and grants) on out of state blacks?
Is there some game they can play with Pell grant eligible enrolls with out of state tuition or some way to wave the fees? Or some other benefit school receives by increasing out of state Pell grant enrollees like the rewarded amount of the grant increases to cover out of state tuition which would be stupid and wasteful.
It just weird that as freshman classes seemingly are getting poorer more are also coming from out state which would mean the higher out of state tuition.

Usual Suspects was a great movie. Don’t know why I’m suddenly reminded of that

Do you go to the games regularly? In all seriousness, I have witnessed several resisting arrest scenarios where several LEO's have had to drag someone out.

The back and forth in the thread made me interested in the answer so I hit up Google and it apparently does happen, albeit infrequently.
Here is a student back in 2016 that kicked law enforcement trying to remove her after she vomited on her fellow students in student section.
quote:
Just after 10 p.m., officers were called out to the stadium in reference to a complaint about an LSU student, Renuka Koritala, 20, vomiting on other students in North Section 227. When officers arrived, Koritala allegedly began to run away. When officers were finally able to catch her at a stairway, she kicked one of the officers in his right knee, causing him to fall.
