Reportedly he knew of this per the parents of the deceased and said he would handle it and three days later this kid is dead.

Interesting that the roommate and teammate were arrested for gun and drug charges, but not implicated in the murder. It was also pretty quick of the family to file a lawsuit. I think it would be wise to wait until the death investigation is complete before jumping to conclusions that the roommate murdered this kid.
