His hot dog must have been taken care of...

On Saturday (Oct. 21) , someone came in, ordered two waters and left a $10,000 tip and then walked out of the restaurant.

Needless to say, the waitress was shocked.

“Good people are still doing good things these days, so I thought it was pretty cool,” said owner Bret Oliverio, “I’ve seen some really big tips but not $10,000 – this was out of the blue, once in a lifetime, it’ll never happen again in my lifetime.”

A Sup Dogs staffer later learned that a man known as “Mr. Beast” on YouTube is who left the large tip. The waitress did keep a good chunk of the cash and the rest was split among the other workers.

If anyone knows about this guy, you would know 10k is nothing to him. But, usually he does videos and gives out more. Not hating on him, just giving some insight to those who don't know about him.

I bet there was a note attached with the mans address

Mr. Beast’s entire YT channel is him throwing huge chunks of money at people
I’m consistently amazed how much money he has to throw around just for the lulz. Perks of having millions of viewers for every video you upload.

That’s the story she wants her boyfriend/husband to believe.

When I read the title, I knew who it was.
He consistently gets individual sponsorships for most of these videos as well. He has apparently figured out a way to count his giveaways as a donation on his taxes. So he takes in the sponsors money, "donates it", then profits the ad revenue from YouTube. It's brilliant.

Thought you could gift someone up to $15,000 without tax implications.

Issue here is 2 things.
1) Sponsorship money means income, so he needs a way to make it disappear.
2) Stuff like this is a tip, not a gift. Similar to donating to twitch streamers, something he does regularly.
Actually, I just remembered something, I believe he funnels all of the sponsorship money through a non-profit, he then gifts from the non-profit. Then records it and uploads it through his personal production company.
