This kind of stuff has been going on in not just nola but police departments for a looonnnng time.
They have prostitutes, drug dealers and other criminals under their thumb. The bright side is that they use these people to get into. The dark side is that they use these people to get drugs, sex or whatever else their selfish needs demand
