I bet they made a show of pulling units out and were waiting for the hiding suspects to get lulled into a false sense of security. Now the suspects have come out and moved. Cat and mouse game.

Yes! According to WWL 2 of the three have been apprehended. The third is still on the loose.
The perimeter this AM was on the West side of Canal Blvd. and south of Harrison then extended to Filmore.
The lastest suspect was found on the east side of canal Blvd and North of Harrison but South of Filmore.
