No thanks. All that does is spread out the problem, not solve it.

What NOPD should do is use this clip as their new ad. "Help us take out the trash, we have plenty"

You could not pay me enough to work for NOPD during Mardi Gras. You also could not pay me enough to work for that woman doing the press conference. Her IQ has to be below 85.

One of the first things back In the '80s is DON'T f with the cops at Mardi Gras. They pretty much leave you alone, but Don't have them have to get involved.

There are thousands of bad actors at Mardi Gras and I would hate to be a cop trying to keep the peace.
I have no problem with that cop, based on the video.
But, for many years NOPD cops were among, if not THE most dangerous people at Mardi Gras. They seemed to be looking for an opportunity to baton or beat somebody senseless.
It’s a little better now, but that culture still exists.
I support the police, but I do not support their abuses…

Why any white person would subject themself to the culture of NO is beyond comprehension.

Serious question. Do white people go to this anymore? If so, why would they?

Certainly not in that area.. It is known for that kind of crap..

When I was bartending at Le Bon Temps Roule in the early 90's there about 4 or 5 NOPD that would come in on Friday night. They shared some stories about their adventures on the streets. Let's just say I felt safe and wouldn't mess with any of these guys. One of them looked like Major Hochstetter from Hogan's Heroes.. He was a psycho..

Bring back the NOPD from the 90’s. Baw would’ve gotten the officer of the month award for his actions.
