I don't know what his schedule looks like, I highly doubt he intentionally did it during rush hour though.

I don't think Obama personally picked the time to say "HEY frick YOU GUYS!"
But his staffers who couldn't either have scheduled it a little bit different are some frickheads. Typical Washington insiders with no grasp on reality that don't give a frick about the people. And I'd say that about any president doing this at 5 oclock in any major city. It is pure insanity.
