The demonstrators had earlier rallied at Duncan Plaza near New Orleans City Hall. After a series of speeches, the group marched on Loyola Avenue to Canal Street, where they climbed the ramp onto Interstate 10 around 7:45 p.m. The demonstrators were blocking traffic in both directions, but later moved over into the eastbound lanes.

So these fricking people are allowed to shut down the interstate and streets for the 4th day in a row, March and gather in large groups but the rest of the tax paying business owners in this city can’t move into phase 2 and open their businesses and we can’t have festivals or parades or block parties??
