The only reason to go to the east these days is to pickup a dong phuong king cake. So this person was 0-2, carjacked and no delicious pastry

Happened in Versailles (Vietnamese area of the East). The District E councilwoman is Vietnamese so safe to presume her dad lives there. Sucks that those folks are getting victimized by the Sec 8 trash running rampant in the East.

Happened at 2:12 PM. Middle of the fricking day. These criminals are brazen now, carjacking in the light of the day when anyone can see. NOLA is a miserable place
