Lets see criminals go the the areas of least resistance.
The people that need a stronger police presence and legal system to punish people typically are the people that do not want it.
The other people around them that do not have as strong of a voice suffer which to me is not right.
She is apart of the legislative body for that city and she needs to look in a mirror to blame herself along with the other council members.
She choses to be relaxed on crime and then gets upset when it affects her family seems. Karma paid her a visit and I guess gave her a taste of her own medicine.

I have zero sympathy for Cyndi Nguyen.
Her sister had her husband murdered and Cyndi did everything she could to help cover her sisters tracks.

East starts on the opposite side of the canal from Gentilly. Basically Lakefront Airport/Dowman.
