Yea.
He's basically saying we shouldn't allow Uber in because they will somehow offer terrible service with inferior prices, yet still put everyone else out of business.

The Drivers themselves own the cars. Uber is basically a just a middleman between the customer and the driver.
Again, these drivers are limo drivers already. Some of them may own one car and some may own a fleet.

There is no reason for a limo driver to be anti Uber. The limo drivers can sign up to become Uber drivers. The only service this impacts are the taxi cab companies.

The person driving them. Uber simply screens drivers with a background check, uploads all their personal info, and puts their review history on the app. They are essentially freelance car service drivers, but uber runs the app and takes a little off the top.
