I long for the day and time that when a grown man talks shite like that about another grown man, let alone a good hard working man with babies at home who has just died, he has to answer for it. It would mean he has an arse kicking coming to him. That’s the world I want to live in. If you’re going to talk shite like that you better be able to back it up. I wish I personally knew Letlow so I had an excuse to do it myself. Some people just need to get their arse kicked on occasion.

That isn’t even true - I don’t know who you know in the industry - but the servers will get paid - it might not be grandiose amounts that they’re used to if people quit tipping but it should be the amount they are legally entitled to and will receive if they aren’t tipped
In an earlier post I explained how it works - the server shouldn’t have bills they can’t pay if they have no idea what their salary may be - but they do know they have to get at least $7.25 an hour - so they should budget accordingly
Most make a lot more than that because of tips - but tips are never guaranteed
The owner has to pay the difference - it hurts the owner just as much when you don’t tip
