Right. I wonder if the floor above has the same style guard rail, or just a cable barrier.
It's apparent to me from the pics on page 1 that the end stanchion of the cable barrier failed at its connection point and then swung out of the hole the vehicle made and broke the window on the floor below.

The valet drivers from the surrounding hotels speed around those corners in these parking garages. I've seen it first hand (Mine is on Magazine exactly the same). Wouldn't surprise me if he saw an oncoming car from the other corner and lost control turning.

When I used to live in the hood, they'd run into Vics and do shots between parking cars.

Sheba might have a little cream in her coffee, but whatever genetics are involved, it's a great mix.
