Then I can't possibly be right about my projection.

Sheesh. Talk about ending with a contradiction.
I understand I wasn't very clear in my post. Ill try to be clearer.
The current theory of how the Universe was formed (Big Bang or Big Inflation) in my opinion is bullshite.

What is your alternative, natural, observable Theory based on the data?

We'll see, won't we?

Because Penny is fricking hot.

Who are you to question God's method?

Unless there is a rapture, we never will, because we will never have evidence of your supposition.
Scientific Theories changing or data expanding won't be a point to you.

We'll see, won't we?
Unless, of course, the space between us and what we want to see is expanding faster than the speed of light. Then we won't see.

My statement was that within five years, the age of the universe will be out past 20 billoon years. Why are you two so dishonest characterizing me? My words are there for everyone to see.

And I keep saying the same thing:
Why would that be a problem?
That would be a great thing.

There goes that ultra science again. Theories so strong, they have to break all the rules in untestable ways to stand.

And I answered you. Be interesting to see what they do with the big bang when it becomes unworkable.
Posted on 7/28/22 at 1:26 pm to squid_hunt
quote:I figured you would mock that statement because that's what someone who doesn't understand the concept of the big bang would do.

There's no reason to wager. It is what it is.

The entire proof of the big bang rests on the fact that no one understands the big bang. It'a a magic black box of science. Literally makes up the rules to fit the theories at hand.
