It took me 10 years to finally admit that NO is a failed state. I only go when absolutely necessary and spend as little time and money when I do go. Oddly enough I root for the Saints but wish they would move elsewhere. San Antonio Saints has a great ring to it and San Ann is a decent town I could pull for.
Now you’re taking it too far. Every December I can count on two things in NOLA. A ridiculous property tax bill and a few boil water advisories. What other city makes you pre-pay your tax bill?

You know why they have to build two water towers?
One water tower in theory provides 20 minutes of pressure in case of pump failure. Yet because of high water loss (leaks) they need two towers to provide the same protection. So one toweris completely for waste.
The Carrollton water treatment plant make 110 million gallons of potable water per day. That is for the east bank of New Orleans. 55 million is unmetered and is simply lost.

What a shite hole New Orleans is. They cannot even provide basic services to their citizens.
I think Austin just recently got off a "boil" alert and restarted providing potable water to its citizens

This doesn’t bother me because I stand with our law enforcement and military rather than the kneeling thugs
