Have ordered Cubans in the past, but those can be a PITA to get delivered. Easier when I was going to Canada on the reg to just drive them back through Customs.

Total Wine does deliver cigars (at least in Metairie).
As mentioned above, can't get Zyns delivered in Louisiana. I'd assume cigarettes/dip are the same.
