Kenneth Walker who shot the cop in the leg was not a drug dealer had no criminal record and was not named on the warrant.
The ex boyfriend who was the dealer had not been seen at her apartment since 2017 according to police surveillance.
They did not announce themselves and broke down the door. He had a legal firearm and discharged after they broke in thinking they were being robbed.
Please tell me what you would have done differently if someone burst through your door unannounced.
Was she letting the ex move or receive product at her place before? Probably but that was at least three years prior and she had no record and no drugs were found in her apartment.
This was a frick up by the cops. Alot of the BLM supposed bad cop cases are bullshite and the cops acted correctly. This ain't one of them.
Go ahead down vote away but when yall scream facts matter yall probably should get them straight first too.

You might want to update yourself on the actual facts, because you are full of misinformation. I too thought this was originally a another case of a no knock warrant gone bad, but I was wrong.

I could 100% agree with everything you posted and still believe the Saints had no business getting involved in it. It was sure to be divisive in a time when people needed unity.

Quite the opposite. I spent time with my family cruising around town, grabbing a bite to eat, and enjoying each other's company. It was a beautiful day. The weather was perfect.
The Saints and the NFL are dead to me this year.

If facts matter why are you spouting this bullshite? They knocked and announced several times even though they didn’t have to because they had a valid no knock warrant.
It’s a sad situation that could’ve been handled better, IE break her down down if she doesn’t come to the door at noon. Still doesn’t mean you can charge those officers with a single crime.
