frick, I have a wedding to go to at St. John on Cathedral today at 6:30

Evidently the people getting married are not LSU fans. No LSU fan would agree to having a wedding on a Saturday. If you want to get married during football season have the wedding on Friday night or schedule the wedding during an open date weekend

Those frickers aren't protesting, they're just hanging out somewhere different for the evening.

They could use a couple grills, though.

Got snapchat? Check the map, there’s people that have posted snaps from that spot. Pretty sure I saw a dude using his gun as a cane with his handle over the muzzle

If they really want to put an end to racism, invite white people to an NFAC barbecue.

I just saw something on Twitter about a possible accidental discharge... I don’t know if anyone was hit. I got the vibe it came from wherever they were marching to and not from the NFAC.... they’ve apparently paused the March until that situation is resolved then they said they were going to keep going

It was 2 bangs 5 seconds apart. Can’t wait for video to come out I call BS on accidental discharge.

Protesters gathered near the Lafayette Public Library and the march began shortly after 4 p.m. Around the start of the march, the sound of shots fired caused people to start running

Shortly after, the Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office reported that one person had been arrested in connection with the accidental discharge of a weapon at the rally. 26-year-old Terrance Jones of Lafayette is facing one charge of Reckless Discharge of a Firearm at a Parade or Demonstration and one charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, according to a spokesperson.

Please explain how an accidental discharge is 2 shots 5 seconds apart? Hard to believe nobody has posted video containing the shots. I would say yes if they were two shots right after the other... but there was a considerable amount of time after the first shot that you heard the 2nd shot.
