She and the truck guy are not just friends. He was over at her house late at night. Relationships are built on fidelity. And here she is letting anther dick defile her while you are devoted to her. That's disrespectful to the ultimate degree. You really want that woman in your life? You really want to have sex with her again? Knowing that she probably is thinking of someone else while you're inside of her? If that thought doesn't torment you to the point you want nothing to do with her...... Relinquish the right to call yourself a man.
