Video without eyewitness confirmation can get tossed pretty easily if it's not clear. Remember, jury of perps peers... you're dealing with an unintelligent bunch. If no cell phone data is present to corroborate, and gf is a POS (which she we know she is), then defense could easily say "Jury, that aint my client and the prosecution has failed to adequately show that it is"
