how is it brain dead? Acknowledging to it as such is just giving in to some select few people who made up a fake issue. In reality, who is actually offended by this? Any black OT'ers want to chime in? Does serving a meal like this offend you? If so, can you explain how?

The mural in the cafeteria is more of a crime.
They can serve me those three items any time of the year, although I question the expense of importing watermelon in February. It would be a very special treat at this time of the year.

I doubt in the real world you'll find any. Sounds like forced victimization.

That was considered a gourmet meal in my day. The best meal I had at my school was a thick slice of baloney, potato salad, maybe some greens, a roll, and some milk. But for a dime it was a bargain.

I celebrate thanksgiving with Turkey, Mardi Gras with king cake, birthdays with cake, and on and on and on. Why would anyone have an issue eating a combination of food that blacks obviously like during black history month?
