Los Angeles.
Easy.
Easy.

Seasons are overrated as hell. Winter flat out fricking blows and I can't wait for it to be over every year... And I'm from ATL.
Consistent winters are better than the occasional cold front. Slushy snow, wind, rain etc....do suck. Cold fronts down south were worse than winters here IMO.

I prefer wide open spaces.

New York is one of my favorite places in the world. To visit. So if I were doing this gig for a year or two I would take New York.
I don't really like LA as a city, but if this were going to be a long term thing I would have to take LA. NY is just too much if you are there for a long time, and those winters would suck. LA has nice weather and a beach close by.

I personally do not like seasons. I like to be warm. Living in Nashville is OK, but it is still too cold for me in general. I would have to go with L.A.

New York and it's not even close.

Poorer in New York. Get a cheap apt. in a hidden away place like Mt. Washington, Los Feliz, Long Beach (along the number streets) or Playa del Ray, and you'll do fine in L.A.

LA because it is cheaper. But I would not live in either place sans some fricking ridiculous salary.

LA easily
Within driving distance of different gorgeous natural scenery (beaches, redwoods forests, etc).

bro, do you even airline?
Posted on 11/7/14 at 1:31 pm to 777Tiger
Only 1st class bro. I really wish there was a locked door instead of a curtain separating me from the poors.

I'd choose L.A., even though it's my third favorite city in California. There are just so many incredible places within a day's drive from L.A.

I have no idea what's back there behind that curtain but it's seems real scary.

Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks are only 4 hours away. That may seem like a lot to you, but when you go there and see people from France, China, Russia, etc., you start to realize that for some place so incredible, 4 hours isn't shite.

Yes. I am going to go trout fishing this weekend in the Kern River. It's about 3 hours away.
A lot to do and see. And the weather is so much better than anywhere I've been. And I've lived in 6 states.
