New Uses For the Death Penalty

Spin-off from the Pet Peeves thread: I think we ought to instantly expand the death penalty and summary executions in a few egregious situations.
1) Scam call centers. Like those IRS scams and the "refinance your credit card" scams. I think we ought to have Delta teams kicking in the doors of those places all over the world and slaughtering the scam artists at their cubicles. I would pay big money to watch the GoPro videos of that.
2) People who make mindless chit chat with the cashier at a convenience store. Then ask for cigarettes. Then ask for cigarettes in the box rather than the soft pack. Then ask for lottery tickets. Then ask for $10 more scratch offs. Then pay for part with cash and part with a card....
3) douchebag bicyclists in their gay trains who take up the road going 12 mph in their homo erotic spandex uniforms.
Yeah, I know I have issues. But at least I can talk about them....

If you come across a group of people riding bicycles in a paceline at 12mph on anything less than a sustained 8% climb they aren't cyclists, it is a false flag.
