New twist on the student-teacher sex meme: HS teacher catfished by students

sounds like NC has a "revenge porn" bill to make this criminal. i'm not a fan of these bills
also, i hope this is precautionary and doesn't lead to actual sanctions for the teacher

The Onslow County sheriff's office told CBS North Carolina that Brian Joshua Anderson and Brittney Renee Luckenbaugh, both 16, assumed a fake identity on an undisclosed social media site to trick him into sending nudes and send them out without his knowledge. Brian and Brittney were both taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor disclosure of private images. After being released on $5,000 bonds, they are scheduled for a June 15 court appearance.

That would depend on the content of the messages. If he thought he was sending nudes to underaged kids there should be sanctions and criminal charges.
