Well if you had a nuke power plant in your yard, you just might want to get your family out of Dodge if shite hits the fan. Oh, most if not all that power does NOT supply people in that area.

eta: you do realize that that act in 1989 only gave authority to tax for road projects but didn't specifically spell out which projects? just checking if you realize that

Not a trick question.

It's an interstate. Big rigs are interstate commerce. They can't be restricted to 1 lane going through an entire state.
