As a fellow "fat conservative", the truth may hurt, but it is still the truth. In good health otherwise (BP/cholesterol/blood sugars, etc. except for some old sports injuries), but certainly extra motivation. Been doing keto for the past couple of months and trying to get more active.

People don’t realize how many other risk factors there are directly related to obesity. Obesity is literally wearing a mask over your other health issues.
