An ex was on the show a few years back (we dated before she went on it) and she admits she did it for the exposure. She had at the time and still has a very lucrative career in medical-device sales and also became a Phoenix Suns dancer while in sales. She didn't do it to supplement her income but wanted to branch out into some type of entertainment career. The Bachelor came along and she used that to get some local TV commercial gigs but not really much else, at least as far as I know. She told me the Bachelor gig led to a a lot of men approaching her that never would have known her if not for the TV show- one guy she dated for awhile was that scumbag Richie Incognito. I was pretty disappointed to hear that, she's a very cool chick but she said he was a good guy.

No shite. I made the original comment tongue in cheek. My very best friend lives in Oscar and their family in New Roads. I have been to many, many a party down there. But to say I haven’t seen a drunk chick with a cigarette in her mouth pull another drunk chick around the front yard by her hair would be a lie. Guess I hit a bit close to home for him.
