There are two private schools in New Roads. Catholic and False River. For decades, they were both of similar size and competitive with each other. Things have changed in the last few years and there has been an exodus of students from FRA while Catholic is expanding.
I don't know why that is happening, but this event (even if it turns out not to be true) could deal a serious blow to an already vulnerable school.

Have to admit. I would kick my son's arse verbally for this. Just absolutely foolish when there are plenty gals their age to date, take to prom, etc.
Now if it's a daughter, yes it becomes more of a concern b/c I'm pulling the double standard card and she's a victim.

has to be based on what the student admitted they were up to b/c I doubt she fessed up to intentions. Either way this is a shite-show of attention on her and nothing more. It'll be dropped and she will not be a registered sex offender.
