I don't think it works that way for him, but you're right about her.

It absolutely CAN but usually doesn't stick. Check out the examples made of kids around the country. This was a trend by law enforcement to scare teens away from sending nudes by charging them with child porn manufacturing. It's a real threat but not sure how many are actually convicted.

Google "teens sexting charged with child porn laws" *
quote:

Most, however, do not know it is a crime. Adults risk embarrassment if their sext message is misdirected. But when a teenager (meaning a minor between 13 and 17) creates, sends, or receives a sext message in Illinois, he or she may have committed the criminal offense of child pornog raphy.

*17 is legal for nudes in LA but don't send them to anyone in a state that's 18. These ages don't correlate to age of consent everywhere so don't risk it.

WTF is wrong with these kids? It I was smashing Debra Lafave on the reg I would've never confessed to the cops, no matter how much they threatened me. I would've taken that shite to my grave.

Sources also report that the "victim" suffered from a sore elbow due to raising his arm for all the high fives he got from classmates.

Is New Roads a town where everyone knows each other? How did the cop know she was a teacher and he was a student? If not it seems like it was be easy to make an excuse. Like we were lost and he's my brother or cousin.

yeah i saw this comment...

She may have. And that may be her crime. Having a student in her vehicle. But I also have to say it is a sad day when you cannot try to help a student of the opposite sex without having to worry about being accused of some kind of sexual crime. I do understand where you are coming from. It would just take a WHOLE LOT for me to believe that she was doing anything other than trying to help someone.

Someone is incredibly naive. If she wanted to help a kid, there are plenty of other more appropriate places where she could have done it.

She still has a defense. You can't just arrest a guy for standing outside a bank with a mask on and a legal firearm Regardless if he posted on the Facebook that he was going rob a bank that day.

You could arrest him for stuff(maybe conspiracy ) but actual armed robbery??? Not so much.
