New Restaurant Idea: Travis Trucks Breakfast & Bistro. Tell me what you think

I have a new idea for a restaurant, its called Travis Trucks Breakfast & Bistro. It would be a good restaurant for kids, especially young boys, and truckers, and truck enthusiasts, and people who like trucks. For truckers. If you like trucks, you will love Travis Trucks.
It's a breakfast/brunch restaurant, and its truck themed. All the tables and general restaurant scenery/construction is made out of truck parts. Example, the tables are made out of truck beds, the seats are truck style cab seats, and truck parts/license plates decorate the walls and such. Anything truck related that can be used to construct the restaurant is possible. Trucks, trucks, and more trucks.
Travis is not my name or anything but the name of a late family friend whose passion was trucks. His profession was a truck mechanic, but in his free time he was all about trucks. Whether working on trucks, buying trucks, driving trucks, if it was a truck, Travis was there. This would be a great way to honor his passion for trucks, and unite truckers everywhere. If trucks are your passion, Travis Trucks is your place to eat.

The question is would the demographic you are shooting for have enough people in it to support you becoming successful or even being able to make it with this theme?

Hire a professional marketer to design a logo and promote it, because I don't think the bold text above is going to bring in the crowd you think it will.
